This unit is located within Fraser Crossing, a newly constructed luxury condominium complex, that offers an amenity rich base experience. Enjoy the roof deck which features an oversized hot tub, gas grills, and an outdoor fireplace, free WI-FI, attached heated parking garage (fee for parking during ski-season - $16 pr vehicle pr day / no fee outside ski-season), ski lockers, and a laundry room. The impressive contemporary features within this unit including granite counter tops in kitchens and baths, stainless steel appliances, LG LCD TV's, gas fireplace, private balcony, in unit washer/dryer, and a grand soaking tub. To allow you maximum flexibility and comfort during your stay this unit offers sleeping arrangements for up to 8 guests with a master bedroom( queen bed and a twin over twin bunk beds with flat screen TV) and attached bath, 2nd bedroom(king bed) and a sofa sleeper in the family room.

This unit is ideally situated in the new Winter Park Village which allows for easy access to the Zephyr lift at the base of Winter Park and all of the restaurants, shops, and activities(tubing hill and ice skating rink) at the base . Heated attached underground parking will keep you and your vehicle out of the elements (parking fee during ski-season $16/ per vehicle per day). Free WiFi.

Free Hotel shuttle- During the winter months, guests of Fraser Crossing/ Founders Point & Zephyr Mountain Lodge have access to a free shuttle for all guests staying at these three properties to enjoy. This free hotel shuttle is by request and can take you to you favorite restaurants, bars, shops, or grocery store(Safeway) in town.

    The condo was as described, very well decorated. Would have liked some spices and things to cook with but not a big deal. The only negative was the 10:00 am checkout time, I feel its' a little early. It's very convenient to everything, you can walk to quite a few things.

    Beautiful little place right off the slopes in Winter Park. Cozy, neat and clean, perfect spot winter or summer if you're coming to this area.

    The unit was very clean and the kitchen stocked for ease of use. The reason to stay here though was the location, both within the building on the spa level and an easy walk to the slopes and shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed it.

    The condo was not very nice for the price and we won't stay there again. For over 500 a night for 2 bedrooms at least the parking could have been included.
    condo was clean but skillets were left in the oven and almost got burnt when we preheated. The placemats were stinky and the tray with the coffee amenities was empty. The light switches didn't work well and had to turn on lamps from lamp base in bedroom.
