Hideaway park is also where most of the summer concerts are held!!

This is a beautiful and spacious town home right in the heart of down town Winter Park. Will sleep 10, and the 2 master suite layout will easily accommodate 2 families!!!! 3 bed 3 bath unit with private garage, brand new (and SUPER comfortable) sleeper sofa!!, BRAND NEW 6 person HOT TUB, washer and dryer, cable, gas fire place, boot heater, crock pot. Free WiFi

Three levels of space offer privacy for multi-family stays. Two decks offer views and a chance to get some sun!!! All the comforts of home but while you are relaxing on your vacation!

This luxury town home was beautifully and professionally redecorated and furnished in Dec of 2011. Lots of new furniture, paintings and decorative touches set the mood for a perfectly relaxing experience.

    Plenty of room, multiple decks to sit out on. Bunk beds for the kids! Great hot tub for every evening to relax in! So close to town and park for the kids to ride bikes to! Would love to go back!

    The house worked well for the 10 of us, walking distance to the free shuttle service that takes you to the slopes.The grocery store is about 2 miles away. Walking distance to food, drink and shopping. The few small problems that we had like the grill running out of gas was taken care of with in the hour. The placement of the hot tub is a little weird, you have to walk thru a carpeted bedroom to get to it. Overall I would totally recommend this property. We all had a great spring break.

    The property is in a good location and nice. Problems - Poorly cleaned. Had to vacuum on arrival the downstairs bedroom and hair on the walls in the master bath shower. The code for the hot tub was wrong and took several hours before we the property management could get the code from the owner.

      Thank you for your review... Sorry to hear about the hair in the master bath. Our cleaners do great work but unfortunately a hair gets missed every once in a while. Next time if you are dissatisfied with anything we can have someone over to take care of it ASAP. I recall your issue with the code to the hot tub very specifically. The owner put a brand new hot tub in that unit right before your stay along with a new lock and forgot to inform us of the new code. We got the new code as fast as we could from the homeowner which was about an hour...
