Beautiful, comfortable and highly upgraded 4 bedroom / 4 bathroom Penthouse condo located at Silverado II in the town of Winter Park. This is certainly one of our most unique mountain retreats in Winter Park. Each bedroom has a queen bed and 3 of them have their own private bath. The bathrooms are highly upgraded with granite and beautiful finishes (1 bathroom w/spa tub - other 3 bathrooms with beautifully upgraded showers) Each bedroom has its own small deck and the living area has a deck spanning across the entire back of the unit with beautiful views of the mountains. Entertain friends and family at the bar located in the main living area (bartender not included). This mountain getaway is sure to be one of your favorites.
Covered parking protects your vehicle from the elements. There is an elevator from the garage to the first floor. From there you will have to go up 2 flights of stairs to get up to condo on the 3rd floor. (conclusion: condo is unfortunately not handicap friendly!)

Free ski locker included with rental. Free shuttle (Orange Line) picks you up at the entrance to the complex and can take you to the resort or to Town of WP.

    the space was clean and well furnished. With three couples and 2 kids, this was a great size for us. everyone had their own bathroom which was key for everyone getting ready at the same time. The location was ideal for us as other family live 1/2 mile down the street. The only downer was paying a housekeeping fee than having to strip the beds, take out the trash and run the dishwasher. What the heck is the fee for?

      Thank you for staying with us. Stripping beds / running dish washer are just requests but certainly not required. Some people used to not start dishwasher when they left. Our staff does not always have time to run the dishwasher twice while cleaning, and can cause delay in next guest checking in. The cleaning fee does not only cover cleaning. It also covers linens / towels / toilet paper / paper towels / trash bags etc (so that is what the fee is "also" for)
