This newer condo is located in Winter Park's new resort village and is your perfect getaway with top notch resort amenities at the Base of Winter Park.


Inside this newer modern condo, you will find accommodations for 4. This unit features a King size bed in the master bedroom and in the family room, a sleeper sofa that sleeps 2. After a day on the slopes enjoy the 2 flat screen TV's(1 bedroom& 1 family room) with cable, Free WiFi, gas fireplace, private deck, stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. This unit is one of the few 1 bedroom units that offers a full kitchen. In this condo you will find a nicely equipped kitchen, featuring granite counters and full size stainless steel appliances. This unit is located on the top floor of Founders Point and features great views of the slopes and amenity deck. Don't forget your swimsuit as the pool sized rooftop hot tub with views of the slopes can't be missed. Come and enjoy the new Winter park Village life in this beautiful condo!

Summer season is just as bustling as winter at the Winter Park Base. Starting in late June You will find the following activities available: Trestle Bike Park, Colorado's longest alpine slide, new putting course, climbing wall, disc golf, and the AMAZE course, great restaurants, and so much more all located at the Winter Park Base . Take advantage of the numerous free biking and hiking trails, horseback riding, watch the rodeo, or visit one of the several festivals offered throughout the summer at the base and in the town of Winter Park/ Fraser. Enjoy the day on a boat in Grand Lake or hike through Rocky Mountain National Park which are located about 60 miles/ 1 hour away.

LOCATION!LOCATION! LOCATION! This unit is ideally situated in the new Winter Park Village which allows for easy access to the Zephyr lift at the base of Winter Park and all of the restaurants, shops, tubing hill, Fraser River, and ice skating rink at the base. A Heated attached underground parking garage will keep you and your vehicle out of the elements (fee for parking during ski-season - $16 pr vehicle pr day / no fee outside ski-season).

Free Hotel shuttle- During the winter months, guests of Fraser Crossing/ Founders Point & Zephyr Mountain Lodge have access to a free shuttle for all guests staying at these three properties to enjoy. This free hotel shuttle is by request and can take you to you favorite restaurants, bars, shops, or grocery store(Safeway) in town.

Higher rates may apply on Saturday to Saturday reservations!

    Four of us stayed for beer fest. The area was nice. Condo was clean and nice. Ample parking. The whirlpool had some construction so bit of us a mess plus parents allow their children to use it as a swimming pool. I don't mind the children but must they run and jump in. Anyway. Need some additional pots/pans. Annoyed that you literally cannot get in the condo until 4 pm. No chance for early check in and for that reason alone we wouldn't choose this place again.

    Excellent location, comfortable, clean. Walked to ski area village often. Charlotte was easy to work with. Top floor was quiet. We enjoyed sitting on the deck with the great view. The unit worked perfectly for us.
