This unit is located within Fraser Crossing, a newly constructed luxury condominium complex, that offers an amenity rich base experience. Enjoy the roof deck which features an oversized hot tub, gas grills, and an outdoor fireplace, free WI-FI throughout complex, attached heated parking garage (fee for parking during ski-season - $16 pr vehicle pr day / no fee outside ski-season) , ski lockers, and a laundry room.
This unit's impressive contemporary design features granite counter tops in kitchens and baths, stainless steel appliances, LG LCD TV's, cozy gas fireplace, private patio, washer/dryer, and a grand soaking tub. To allow you maximum flexibility and comfort during your stay this unit offers sleeping arrangements for up to 8 guests,with a master bedroom (King bed) and a 2nd bedroom (Queen with twin bunk bed) and a sofa sleeper in the family room. The bathroom is sure to inspire a soothing soak in the over sized tub or a calming shower in the separate glass enclosed shower.

Free Hotel shuttle- During the winter months, guests of Fraser Crossing/ Founders Point & Zephyr Mountain Lodge have access to a free shuttle for all guests staying at these three properties to enjoy. This free hotel shuttle is by request and can take you to you favorite restaurants, bars, shops, or grocery store (Safeway) in town.

    When we 1st arrived the 3135 condo smelled like rotten eggs. We bought a candle and it seemed to help little bit. The coffee maker still had brewed grounds in it from the last resident. There were empty water bottles under the side table (not ours). We had to call Charolette to bring us 2 pillows and a blanket for the master bedroom because the first night our pillows were as thin as a magazine. Needs to be up dated. Some black out curtains would be nice in this unit because there is a light outside this unit that is bright. I liked the location, easy access to parking garage and outside. Management did respond quickly when I called about the blanket and pillow situation.

      Thanks for staying with us. I am sorry that you were not 100% happy with the choice of condo. I have printed out this review and will share with cleaners so they are aware of them missing cleaning the coffee maker and removing the empty water bottles. Not sure how the condo could smell like rotten eggs, but maybe we should get maintenance in there to check on the waste disposal (that is the only thing I can think of that would cause this kind of smell) Hopefully we will be able to do better for you next time!

    We have stayed at Fraser Crossing for several years and love the location, especially the easy walk to the Zephyr lift, now the Gondola. This property was on the ground floor, which kept the steps to a minimum but the floor was cold, especially in the bathroom. The owner had switched the master/king bed to the second bedroom and had added bunk beds in the master area. This meant we used the smaller separated bathroom instead of the master bath and that was not what we expected. There were only a very few kitchen utensils (forks, spoons) which was inconvenient and unexpected. The light in the refrigerator was loose, didn't quite fall off, but looked like it could at any moment. Bathrooms were not as clean as we expected, but again, we made it work. I like the units in general, but I would not choose this particular one again. We should have been told about the master/guest switch (some families may prefer this way), and the lack of kitchen supplies was awkward at best.

      Thanks for staying with us. We will make sure that we get condo checked for kitchen supplies and the light in the fridge. Had you reached out to us while staying, we would have taken care of any/all issues that you had (except from moving the furniture around) Unfortunately we are not able to fit the bunk beds in the room with the queen (just not enough space). Have managed this property for many years, and never had anyone disappointed about having the bunk beds with the king, but I can sure understand where you are coming from when you were expecting to have master bedroom w/ensuite bathroom vs bathroom detached.

    A perfect place for our our stay. The short walk to the ski lift is a big plus. We arrived at Winter Park a little earlier than expected and the property manager arranged for us to enter the unit a couple of hours early (Thank You).

    Overall very good spot with easy walk to village, ice rink and ski lifts. Only complaints would be lack of linens for pull out sofa, and lack of towels available for hot tub.

      Looked at our records, and do not see any calls from guest asking for more linens / towels. There is a laminated sheet on the fridge in the condo telling guests that they can call us if we can be of any assistance. Most guests calls us when they have any requests (such as more linens / towels) and we take immediate action. HOA recently stopped providing hot tub towels, and we do leave extra, but sometimes leaving 8 extra towels ....is just not enough

    This condo was a very nice place to stay for several days while fishing in the area. There was some issue with a leak from the upstairs unit and the management team handled it great... no impact whatsoever on our stay. The condo balcony has a nice view of the little “village” at the base of the ski resort across the street. All was spotlessly clean and maintained.

    Everything was clean and working. The place is extremely nice and comfortable. We had one small issue (the PDF with the code wasn't right) and the management company fixed it quickly. Winter Park is a very nice middle-ground between run-down Granby and over-the-top Aspen.

    We really enjoyed our weekend at this condo. The location was amazing and the amenities were very good. The only downside was being on the 1st floor there was a lot of light from outside and noise in the morning with the snow plows and train. When we stay there again I will bring an eye mask and ear plugs.
