Recently remodeled, four bedroom, three bath condo. Top unit condo with spectacular views of mountain terrain. Wood-burning fire places in great room and master bedroom. Completely remodeled kitchen with granite counter tops, new appliances and fixtures. Up-to-date furniture and furnishings throughout. Peaceful, quiet, and scenic location.

Ideal for two or three families. Free WiFi. Cable television throughout condo. Flat panel TV in family room. Three of four bedrooms have TVS and DVD players.

Sleeping configurations: Master Bedroom: Furnished with log pine furniture, king bed, fireplace and full bathroom. Bedroom #2: Furnished with log pine furniture, queen bed and full bathroom. Bedroom #3: Furnished with log pine bunk bed with full on bottom and twin on top, plus a hide-a-bed couch (or use this room as a game room or second 'family' room...condo contains board games, puzzles and x-box). Bedroom #4 Furnished with two log pine bunk beds each with full on bottom and twin on top with bathroom to share with Bedroom #3.

Easy access to ski slopes and the town of Winter Park. Shuttle bus provides door-to-ski lift transportation. Not skiing? Enjoy a short walk to Winter Park's shops and restaurants. Enjoy the large indoor pool, hot tubs, and sauna at the clubhouse year round.

    These are issues in the condo:
    1. Directions are wrong starting at (NOTE: NOT BEAVER...) They do NOT send you to bldg 11, which is a right at the fork and the last bldg at top.
    2. only 1 hot pad means it is difficult to take hot things out of the oven. Add at least 1.
    3. many cracked dishes and glasses. One cracked wine glass broke and we threw it in the trash.
    4. Garbage Disposal should be changed to Trash and Recycling. Garbage disposal is the machine in the kitchen. Title should match labels on doors.
    5. In section Heat, remove sentence about Radiant heat because there is none.
    5. Dishwasher top rack slides out too far and may break soon.

    AND THANKS for sending worker to replace heat element in bathroom! We had a nice time!

We will the correct the description for the directions immediately so future guests don't run into the same problem that you encountered and we are sorry about any confusion. We also apologize that you experienced some challenges in the kitchen with one hot pad and dishes and glasses that need attention. We have forwarded your email onto our on site property managers for immediate attention as well. We have taken care of the garbage disposal and trash / recycling and we have also addressed the heat issue. Once again thank you for your feedback. When guests take the time to let us know their experiences, it gives us the chance to improve our vacation rentals for their benefit and the benefit of future guests. We encourage and prefer guests to report any issues during the stay immediately as there are measures in place to help make the vacation a more positive experience.
