Inside this spacious, modern unit you will find accommodations for 5. This unit features a King size bed in the master bedroom. In the family room, there is a sleeper sofa that sleeps 2 and a twin sized ottoman sleeper for a child or teen. Brand new BOOT DRYER will ensure warm feet on the mountain in the morning!!! After a day on the slopes enjoy the large family room with a 55 inch SMART TV, private deck, FREE WiFi, gas fireplace, stainless steel appliances, a full sized refrigerator, granite counter tops, and large bathroom with separate shower and grand soaking tub. This unit is ideally situated in the new Winter Park Village which allows for easy access to the NEW GONDOLA at the base of Winter Park and all of the restaurants, shops, tubing hill and ice skating rink. A Heated attached underground parking garage will keep you and your vehicle out of the elements (parking fee during ski-season $16/ per vehicle per day).

Free Hotel shuttle- During the winter months, guests of Fraser Crossing/ Founders Point & Zephyr Mountain Lodge have access to a free shuttle for all guests staying at these three properties to enjoy. This free hotel shuttle is by request and can take you to you favorite restaurants, bars, shops, or grocery store(Safeway) in town.

  This condo was clean, nicely appointed, comfortable, and just what I was looking for. Just right for 1-4 guests. The kitchen is more like an efficiency (it might be tough to cook large or complicated meals), but the full size extra fridge would be very useful for those wanting to stock up on food and drinks. The boot drier was a handy and appreciated extra. Plenty of hooks for hanging ski pants, jackets, etc. The master bed was comfortable (I didn't try the sofa bed or ottoman bed). The bath was large with both a large shower and separate tub as shown in the pictures. A bit of a walk from the elevator, but that meant little traffic or noise in the hallway. The unit overlooks the hot tub so there is some outside noise at times, but not bad and everyone was inside and it was quiet at a reasonable hour, so no problem. The location is great - about an easy three to five minute walk from the ski lockers off the lobby to the gondola and base area. Communications with Daniel (property manager)via email (or phone) were easy. The shuttle to/from the Denver airport drops off and picks up across the street at the circle at the Zephyr building, but it's only a 2 minute walk. I would definitely stay here again.

  The condo is part of a resort 3-4 miles outside of Winter Park, but with easy access to trails and town. Good restaurants on site. Cozy for one or two people. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom was large with separate tub and shower. Small balcony with sitting room overlooks hot tub and common space, which can get noisy, but not too bad.

  This is a very comfortable, relaxing and perfect place to stay. After a day of hiking or other activities, it was so nice to come back, sit in the hot tub, make some dinner and just sit outside and unwind before bed. We would definitely request this location if we come back in the future. We are from Des Peres, Missouri, but it is easier to just say St. Louis.

  The condo was great. The location was excellent. When I ran into an IT problem they solved it immediately. We ski up at WP a lot and will definitely stay at your condo again. One small suggestion, add a humidifier to the condo.

  Awesome condo! We were about a block from the Zephyr Lift as well as shops and restaurants. We arrived by train and it was easy to get to the condo through the Black Line bus. We had not skied Winterpark before, but loved that you could get down by green, blue, or black runs from many lifts, which made it easier for our family to stay together. We would definitely due it again.

  Nice, cozy condo located across the street from the base of the Winter Park ski resort. Easy to walk back and forth. The underground parking was so nice. Our family loved the hot tub, too.
