Sun drenched 3 bed 3 bath Trademark Condo 1/2 mile from Winter Park base area!!!! Sleeps 10 to 11!!

2 queen beds, 1 bunk bed with full on bottom and twin on top, 2 other twin beds in bunk room, and a sleeper sofa.

Queen in the master with a huge 5 piece bath. Queen in the second bedroom. Bunk bed and two twin beds in the third bedroom with its own bathroom.

This condo has a beautiful open living space. The gourmet kitchen and huge island over looks the living room and is perfect for spending time with family and friends after a day in the mountains. Through the huge ceiling to floor windows you can enjoy stunning views of the continental divide and a forest of trees surrounding the Fraser River that runs through the base of Winter Park Resort. TV in living room with cable and Blu-ray player. Free WiFi.

Condo has its own washer and dryer. Other luxury features include the granite counter tops and gas range. Master bedroom and bunk room both have their own bathrooms. Unit has a private one car detached garage (one flight of stairs from font door) and a reserved spot outside of the garage. Additional parking is a short walk. Trademark has a shared hot tub steps away from this unit. Lift shuttle picks up rights at entrance of complex and is a short ride to the lifts.
