We raised our kids here.
Eight dogs have shared the house with us over the years.
We have always been part of what goes on in Winter Park, on the mountain and in town. That is why we bought here, and why we moved here.
About 25 years on, it is still our favorite place in the world.
2005: A place at Iron Horse
We bought a ski-in, ski-out home at Iron Horse and put it in the on-site rental program.
It did not go the way we hoped, so we took it back and started running it ourselves: the cleaning, the guests, the repairs.
2007: Then the neighbors asked
Owners around us at Iron Horse watched how we ran our own place. Then they asked if we would look after theirs too.
We said yes. By 2007 it had a name: Winter Park Management.
Since then, more than 250 homes have been in our care.

Our housekeepers and maintenance crew have been with us for more than a decade.
We have the best team. We love having them, and they love working with us. That is why they stay.
