General questions

Genuine care for each home, homeowner and guest is what sets us apart. Our tenured and experienced team shows up every day to deliver on that promise.

When you call or text 720-234-8172, Nick or Charlotte, one of the owners of Winter Park Management, will respond and have been doing so for nearly two decades. You will never get a frustrating call center. Additionally, our maintenance and housekeeping staff have been with us for well over a decade and that continuity is the backbone of the exceptional experience we deliver to every guest and property owner.  No other vacation rental company offers this level of personal commitment.

Unfortunately our properties are not pet friendly. Our five large dogs make us pet lovers as well but pets are just too difficult to clean up after. It makes it a lot harder for us to guarantee a clean and sanitary unit for the next guest.

Smoking is not allowed in any of our properties. It is also NOT permitted on any balcony.

All of our properties have WIFI.  Log in info can be found on a laminated sheet on the fridge as well as the guest guide. Please call 720 234 8172 if it is not working properly.

Yes.  All of our properties have reliable WIFI. And Winter Park has several coffee shops, restaurants and lounges that you can work from.

Every rental home has a differetn max capacity. Max number of guests is tied to the short term rental license and fire inspection.

Booking Process

You can book through VRBO, AirBNB, any channel partner or directly through this website. It is usually 5% to 10% less if you book directly through this website.

Certainly. The process is the same for domestic and international travelers.

There is usually a 2 night minimum midweek, 3 night minumum for weekends, 4 night minimum for Christmas and Presidents weekend and 5 night minimum for New Years. At times, these minimums are lifted due to circumstances.

Visa, Mastercard, Zelle, Venmo, Personal Check, Certified Check and Cash.

Check-In & Arrival

Once the final payment has been completed, a link to your guest giude is sent via email, booking app and text number which will contain all the info you need for your stay.

Check in time is 4:00 pm and check out time is 10:00 am.

Please contact us ahead of time if you need to adjust these times.  There may be a fee involved based on cleaning staff availability for us to accommodate any requests.

Laundry soap for the washing machine is not included.

 

Unfortunatley not. All of our units are individually owned and there is no staffed front desk to attend to your luggage.

During Your Stay

A cleaning fee is included when you pay for your booking. This covers the cleaning that is done after your departure. If you want daily maid service, please contact us at 720 557 6187 and we can arrange it at an additional cost.

We are happy to help you arrange any special activities that you may want to participate in. Our visitor info has many recommensations of vendors that we are familiar with.

Please call us at 720 557 6187 so we can help determine if it is local to the property that you are staying in or if it is a wider issue and take appropriate steps to help remedy the situation.

If it is an emergengy that requires 911 services, please call 911 right away. You can always call us afterward to imform us of what happened.

Payments, Fees, & Insurance

50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The other 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival. It will be automatically charged to your credit card if that is your preferred payment method.

A security depost of $500 is automatically held as a hold on your credit card. Additionally, there is a $2,000 mandatory insurance policy that you purchase when paying for your reservation. These help cover any accidental damages. Any intentional damage is not covered and we will persue restitution for the homeowner to the fullest extent of the law.

Item description.

We are not licensed to offer travel insurance but it can be purchased by any third party vendor shortly after booking with us. There are various levels of coverage and can be purchased through your personal insurance agent or multiple online vendors.

Departure

Please make sure you have access to the guest guide where you will find your check in instructions. There is lots of great info in the guest guide specific to the property that you will be staying at.

Any items that our cleaners find are brought back to the office and placed in our lost and found. We can always go back to a unit to look for something specific that may have been left behind. If found, we can ship to you but there is a charge for this. $40 plus the cost of shipping.

Most of our properties have electronic locks with unique codes for each stay. A few have credit card hotel type keys. For these units, we ask that you leave the key on the kitchen counter at time of departure. If you accidentally take a key home with you, please let us know and mail it the below address at your earliest convenience.
