Enjoy breathtaking views of Byers Peak from this spacious 5-bedroom + loft, 4.5-bath home in Fraser, conveniently close to town amenities, the ski area, and the bus route. The open living, dining, and kitchen area boasts floor-to-ceiling windows, high ceilings, and ample space for your family. The updated kitchen features cherry cabinets, granite countertops, and easy access to the side deck with a BBQ grill. Additionally, the main deck offers a generous outdoor dining area, perfect for gatherings.
As you enter through the main door, stairs lead you to the primary room, living room, and garage. The beautiful primary room awaits with a King bed, a Jetted hot tub, a spacious walk-in closet, a shower, and a toilet, all accompanied by large windows showcasing scenic views. Descending the stairs from the primary room, you'll discover another set of stairs leading to the loft, featuring a King bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. On the main level, you'll find a sizable living room with a TV, a large sofa, and a coffee table, along with access to a spacious balcony. The main level also boasts a well-equipped kitchen and a dining table for 8, with a door to the balcony hosting the BBQ grill, as well as a convenient half bathroom in the hallway. On the lower level, four bedrooms and two bathrooms await. The first bedroom features two twin beds, while the second room offers a King bed with a walk-in closet and a door to the hot tub and access to a hall bathroom. The third room presents a Full over Full bunk bed (updated pictures coming soon), and just across the hall, the fourth room has a twin over twin bunk bed, with a full bathroom located in the hall between these two bedrooms.

This rental was nice. Large property. Great wrap around deck, hot tub, kitchen was big and well stocked with pans, pot, silverware. The place needs a bit of refresh with carpets, etc. But we enjoyed it. Property management company was very responsive...fixing the grill and answering our questions.
Relaxing getaway with the guys
Had a weekend guys trip. This location was large and spacious for 6 guys. Location was great being close to the town. Lots of bedrooms and amenities. Was pain free to get the rental for the weekend. We had a great time.

We rented this cabin to have a nice weekend away with our friends. It was the perfect cabin! The space is spacious, comfortable, and beautiful.
Great Location and home for large groups
This is an excellent option for large groups, those traveling with older kids, and groups for ski vacations. WP Lift picks up at the end of the block, which makes getting to the slopes easy. Yes, the furnishings and house are dated and worn, but you have everything needed: a well-stocked kitchen. It is not a luxury rental by any means, but it is perfect if you need several bedrooms, want to cook dinners for large groups, and even need space from those you are vacationing with! The property management group was very responsive to all our questions.
