Enjoy a wonderful Rocky Mountain experience in this adorable and inviting condo in Fraser. The cozy space offers a Queen bed in the primary bedroom, complete with a relaxing jetted tub in the bathroom. The second bedroom also features a Queen bed, and there's a sleeper sofa in the living room, accommodating up to 6 guests with maximum comfort. The secondary bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway. The dining table provides seating for 4 guests with 4 additional stools at the island. The beautiful kitchen boasts nice cabinets and stainless steel appliances. You'll have your own private entrance and a charming small patio, perfect for savoring a delightful cup of coffee while soaking in the beautiful views.

Amazing Location!
The condo was overall perfect. Only a couple small changes would be nice. Adding lighting on the stairs/sidewalk down to the door would be beneficial as well as a shorter access number (10 digits is excessive). Overall it had everything we needed and parking was right by the access to the condo.

The rental was clean and fully furnished. The community was quiet and peaceful.
