This unit's impressive contemporary design features granite counter tops in kitchens and baths, grand soaking tub, stainless steel appliances, LG LCD TV's, cozy gas fireplace, private patio, and in unit free washer and dryer. To allow you maximum flexibility and comfort during your stay this unit offers sleeping arrangements for up to 8 guests, with a primary bedroom (King bed) and a 2nd bedroom (Queen with twin bunk bed) and a sofa sleeper in the family room. For the little ones, the owner have left a pack 'n play in the bedroom closet.

Awesome location for skiing
We had an amazing 4 night stay at this property in Fraser Crossing. The property is so close to the lifts. The spa is huge and wonderful after a day on the slopes. We can’t wait to return.
Fraser Crossing Gem
The condo is in a great location to the slopes. This is a nice updated unit that is very clean. It also has plenty of amenities. Winter Park Management is great to deal with and they were very helpful meeting our needs. Thanks to Charlotte.

Beautiful Location - Vilage and Bondola Quick access
Beautiful property, located across the street from WP Village and Gondola. As close to ski-in and ski out as you can get. Not the first thing wrong with this property. FEELS LIKE HOME! 1st floor and garage parking. I do suggest YOU PRINT the garage door access since people want to use their phone......mostly doesn't work due to scanner. We will be back. Great location
Our condo was ski in/out and located near the gondola which was super convenient. The condo was clean and well-appointed. Our teens loved the hottub upstairs. Underground parking was a plus. Because we arrived much later than expected (3am), we had a little difficulty finding our condo entrance upon arrival. Also, multiple codes needed to access garage & condo. We got it all figure out. Would definitely stay here again!
Great location; terrible parking garage
This rental is in a perfect location for skiing at Winter Park. A short walk to lifts and the village. The unit was well furnished, clean and comfortable. The bed linens were my only frustration - the use of flat sheets (no fitted sheets or duvet covers) means they move everywhere during the night and we had to put the sheets back in place each morning to avoid resting on a bare mattress. The parking garage for this unit is terrible. There were lines of cars waiting each time to enter/exit as so many people had trouble getting the QR code to work. There is one entrance/exit. We also had issues with our QR code, requiring us to contact management. Luckily, we didn't need our car much.
