About this home
This bright and spacious condo is newly refurbished and only 200 steps to the Gondola. The primary bedroom has a king size bed (there's a twin folding bed underneath suitable for a child or teen). In the living room there is a new sleeper sofa. A new 50-inch Smart TV is equipped with a sound bar and sub-woofer through which you can play music using the TV’s apps or your own Bluetooth device. The kitchenette (with full size fridge) features a medium sized oven capable of cooking just about anything you like. Sore after an adventurous day? Enjoy a soak in the large soaking tub.
This particular condo is located on 3rd floor with direct access to amenity deck. Hot tub is just a steps from the condo.

Great stay!
Another great trip to Winter Park. #3319 very clean -
great location and condo
The condo was as pictured and very clean. It's a 5 min walk to the base of the gondola so you can't beat that. The kitchen is somewhat stocked. It has all the utensils and pots/pans, but not much as far as spices/ingredient basics (only had salt/pepper). There was no oil, so we spent $10 at the Mercantile in the village for a mini Crisco (!!!). We didn't want to drive all the way to Safeway in Fraser. Just be sure to bring all your cooking ingredients if you will be cooking. TVs worked fine, had Netflix, Disney+, etc... it was nice they provided humidifiers as well. Unit included a ski locker on the first floor which was convenient. Garage parking is available for an additional fee, but it's a discounted rate for guests. The only bummer was that the hot tub was under construction. When this gets fixed it will be perfect because the unit is on the 3rd floor and the patio has direct access to the hot tub level. We had a great stay and would come back. Thanks Charlotte for a great stay!
Location is Everything
Location, location, location. Loved the convenience here. Steps from the gondola, even fewer steps to the hot tub. Property managers provided great check in details and were responsive with any questions we had. The unit was nice, bed was comfortable, and had two humidifiers that really helped with the dry mountain air. Ski lockers also really easy and convenient to use. Would recommend all around.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a very comfortable and clean unit close to both the slopes and the hot tub. Winter park has some of the best skiing and this unit let’s you enjoy it all! Thank you
