This open-floor concept condo is centrally located within Winter Park. Close to the town park and festivals, the Lift bus station, and Cooper Creek shopping center while still being just minutes away from Winter Park Resort. This condo is in the perfect location for both summer and winter getaways.
The unit is on the second floor (there is elevator access). Upon entry, you'll find a large closet to store luggage and winter coats. There is a ski locker for ski storage located outside the front door. The primary bedroom features a king bed and Roku TV. There is a small windowless room that offers a full over full bunk bed and TV. The living room features a brand new (year 2022) sleeper sofa and Roku TV. The balcony opens up to a beautiful view of the river where you're likely to find moose in the early morning and dusk hours.

Trailhead Lodge #321 Review
We loved our stay at this condo! It was a very clean and cozy 2-bedroom, 1 bath condo. The location was perfect next to the park that you could easily walk to. The parking lot was nice and convenient as you can park very close to the condo and walk up one flight of stairs to the front door. There was an elevator as well if we wanted to use that option. The best part was the breathtaking view of the beautiful trees right outside the balcony on the backside of the condo. The reason for our visit was to look at all the fall leaves changing on the trees and we didn't even have to leave the condo to see the trees. The condo feels private because it sits along a quite walkway with a creek running next to it. We will recommend to friends and would stay there again. Charlotte is very helpful with any questions, requests or recommendations.
Great Condo for a Summer Vacation
For a summer trip to Winter Park, this condo was great. The condo was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. Parking was easy. The balcony overlooking the Fraser River was wonderful for wildlife viewing while having a cup of coffee in the morning or a brew a little bit later in the day. With the condo's central location, restaurants and shopping were within one block as was a beautiful park with an amazing playground and skate park. Even better, hiking and biking trails were just out the door. Winter Park Resort is an easy bike ride down the Fraser River Trail. The management company was very responsive and helpful and provided great customer service.

Great location with easy access to fun!
The unit was in a great location, very family friendly, and with responsive staff. We traveled with our 3 children who greatly enjoyed the community pool, hot tub and Winter Park play area. We walked to several different restaurant and shopping stores. I highly recommend this unit.
Great trip
This condo was was great! Very clean, and everything you could need was there. We Hen we go back we will try to stay there again.
Perfect Fall Hideaway
This condo was perfect for my wife and I to enjoy time in the Winter Park area. It has a beautiful view from the balcony. Also it's only about three very walkable blocks to restaurants and pubs.
