About this home
This unit is 40 feet to the elevator -one of the shortest walks to the snow and skiing! It has spectacular slope side views of the base area. In the first bedroom, there is a queen over queen bunkbed, small closet, and TV. A full bath is located just outside the bedroom door. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and a full over full bunkbed and a en-suite bathroom. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room. This condo is perfect for folks looking to spend time exploring and still have a comfortable base camp to gather, make a meal, and relax.
This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.

Great Location and Accomodations
Overall very good. The location was superb. The gas fireplace was outstanding and almost too hot for February if that is even possible. The only downside was the beds were a bit firm/hard. If that is what you like then this is not a problem. The sheets seemed to be a natural/synthetic blend, which was not ideal for those of us who relish cotton sheets. Little touches like coffee, soap and shampoo were very nice. There were lots of towels which is rare. A great place to bring a family. We brought adult children and their spouses/partners. However the place is not ideal for 2-3 couples, unless they are part of one family unit or otherwise related. Would I go here again? Short answer is yes!
Fantastic Ski-In/Ski-Out Condo!
We had an amazing stay at this Winter Park condo! The ski-in/ski-out access made hitting the slopes incredibly easy, and the convenience of being just steps from the village was unbeatable. We loved being able to walk to restaurants, shops, and everything we needed after a day on the mountain. The condo itself was comfortable, well-equipped, and perfect for relaxing after skiing. The location truly couldn’t be better, we’ll definitely be staying here again!
Winter 2025
We had a great time. Out the door and ski down to the gondola. If you are using the Hot tub make sure to pack a big towel. There are only bath towels in condo.
1517 was a great condo; steps from the Winter Park gondola
4 night stay end of Jan 2025. This two bedroom was very neat and clean. There were two of us; so plenty of room. My hunch is 5 or more would feel cramped. The outdoor hot tubs were great. The best thing was it was steps to the gondola. Winter Park Management was very easy to deal with.
WP Ski Trip
We had a great time in the property. Basically, all of the essentials are there. The location is fantastic. The one thing that we were missing was heat. Only one of the three rooms had heat that was working. Maintenance came up a couple of times to try to fix it, but it still wasn't working by the time we checked out of the unit.
