Awesome views overlooking the Winter Park Base await you at this 1 bed/1 bath condo. This condo has been recently updated and features a full kitchen with brand new appliances, gas fireplace, and flat screen TV and sleeping accommodations for up to 4 guests. Bedroom has King size bed, in living room you will find a new queen sized sleeper sofa and ottoman that converts to a twin sized bed. You are sure to enjoy the incredible slope side views from the living room, deck and bedroom. Only steps away from the elevator with easy access to the gondola.
This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.

Awesome week spring skiiing
Had an absolute blast hanging out in Winter Park Village and skiing for the week. This condo is in a perfect location with a really great view. Plenty of room for our family of 3. Kitchen was fully stocked. Ski lockers downstairs were great. Heated parking. Very happy with the stay!

Great stay
We have chosen the Zephyr several times before and always had a great experience. This visit was no exception. No problems with the booking process. The room was clean and comfortable and the location is the best. Area restaurants were also pretty good but some do close a little early. We’ll be back soon!
base accomidations
The property was clean and functional, and comfortable. Porch was awesome to sit on while taking breaks and eating lunch. only 5 min, from your door to the gondola. Kitchen was well stocked but no room for food, as in most rentals. Management was very responsive with the couple little things we needed and gave us a late ck out so we could ski some fresh snow that fell overnight. Overall very pleasant experience. Would defiantly stay here again.
Winter Park
The property exceeded our expectations in every sense. Its proximity to all the events within the village was wonderful. The mgmt staff was very helpful in assisting with our reservation and our entire stay went off without a hitch. We will definitely return for another long weekend.
