Great Spot!
the house was clean, well equipped and had great mountain views. Our group really enjoyed the bedroom set up and the two large hang out areas.

Great base for hiking and activities
This VRBO is in a great location, just 40 minutes from RMNP and white water rafting on the Colorado river. Our extended family of 9 enjoyed it!
Winter Wonderland Christmas
Wonderful him with a beautiful view. LOVED the heated floors. Only had 1 issue that was dealt with immediately, great customer service and quick replies. It was nice having someone come to shove the driveway when there was a big snow, seeing as we are from the south and not used to that.
Perfect CO getaway!
The perfect location for our mother’s 60th bday celebrations. We were even greeted by two bull moose hanging out right off the back deck and multiple deer throughout the stay.
family getaway
We had an amazing time. It was the perfect fit for all of our kids and their families. We had a lot of people with us, so the two living levels and the large deck were perfect. And plenty of kitchen supplies for all. Thanks!
