About this home
This Lakota townhome is located across the street from the entry to the base of Winter Part Resort / Old Town, and a short 4 mile drive to Town of Winter Park. The main level flows nicely from the living room with gas fireplace to the dining area and kitchen with all the necessities. On this floor you’ll find a powder room and primary bedroom with king bed and private en-suite bathroom. Upstairs you’ll find two bedrooms and shared full bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed while the other offers a twin over twin bunk. The lowest/entry level has an attached garage and laundry room. You’ll find its spacious and comfortable for one or even two families.
The smart Blu Ray player in living room gives you access to Netflix and other streaming services (with your personal account). Unit does NOT have cable (basic local channels in living room only). Netflix (with personal account), etc. in primary bedroom.

Big yet Cozy Place in Winter Park
This condo is spacious and really nice. It was perfect for our family ski vacation to Winter Park. Nice layout of beds and perfect for a family or two. The ski shuttle is just up the road and it was easy to come and go.

Very comfortable and convenient condo, easy access to base area
This was a lovely spacious condo that my husband and two adult kids and I enjoyed in January, very close to the ski area.
Great stay
We really enjoyed this condo. It had everything we needed - and probably more! It was beautiful, spacious and the view was incredible. It's out of town just a bit, but just a few minute ride to get there. We appreciate the care they took and definitely want to stay here again. Thank you.
